A $200 refundable deposit* for each course is required in advance to secure your booking. The balance of payment is due prior to the 1st day of the course. Payments can be made via major credit cards (incurs a 1% surcharge) or direct debited (details listed on invoice).

* Deposit is refundable when cancellation of training is made 2 working days prior to the course start date. We can transfer your booking when given 2 working days' notice and there is availability in the next course.

FREE RE-ASSESSMENTS - if you are deemed ‘Not Yet Competent’ (NYC) for any of the 3 assessment criteria, you will be able to attend a future day/time to complete the area you have been deemed NYC, mutual agreed with your trainer, at no charge. However, you do need to complete your NYC assessment criteria within 60 days of your first assessment date. Failure to do so will result in you being required to re-sit the entire assessment criteria at a cost of 1/2 the initial course fee.
FREE REFRESHER COURSE - for all ex-students. You are welcome to book into an existing course and sit in the training session to refresh your knowledge if needed (this does not include assessments).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The Scaffold Tool and Training Company has recently become aware that there is a training organisation offering 2 day basic scaffolding courses. Upon talking to these trainees we have found that it is closer to 1 & 1/2 days.
We have very real concerns for the safety of persons who have been rushed through without adequate training and have found that some of these trainees have in fact never used scaffold apart from the practical test in the assessment.
If you are considering enrolling in this incomplete course, please be aware that you may not receive training in the underpinning knowledge required to perform the work of a scaffolder competently and may not have the necessary skills and/or knowledge to complete the intermediate scaffolding course.
